Hey, can you do any of that with .GIMP(like Photoshop)?

Find a all white shoe(preferably side view like mine) past a picture over it, cut out all you don't want with this ring thing you'll see one the top row of your tool box. Then pick eraser, look ate the bottom of the tool box and you should see opacity. Grab it and move it until it says about 8.6. erase over the picture( make sure it in another layer) and you should be done.
